Features:

2) Cutters and molds are adjusted by air-driving devices which are easy to operate
and can extend life of cutter and molds
3) Capable of producing various sanitary napkins: cotton core, tissue, triple, cubic
protective, chemicals added
4) Main frame and single alignment device or an independent packing machine are
cooperated to work; the sanitary napkin runs vertically and horizontally on special
devices before running into packing machine which is available upon request
5) Two levels driven by two axels are designed to work independently. The machine
with two levels of gears saves time when swinging between specifications
6) Changes phases to help control aero-switches, which is easy and efficient
7) It mixes transmission of synchronal wheel, universal joint and synchronal belts. The
transmission is stable, smooth, less noisy and can will maintain the machine life
8) Crone gears are protected by cast shield box and greased to maintain precision,
